Some good graphics and observations. I think that pinterest will grow in scale by the largest percentage and become a social media mainstay. The site already has huge growth and users stay on the platform for long periods of time. It will be interesting to see how it has implications for marketing and advertising.

Filter and curate content with tools like Google Reader and News Alerts, RSS feeds, Twitter lists, and Alltop.
Manage your presence using a 3rd party application like Hootsuite, bitly, Seesmic, or Tweetdeck to schedule content, juggle accounts, and measure analytics.
Connect and engage with brand ambassadors to extend the reach of your content and posts.
Don’t be afraid to try something that might not be an obvious win – some of the most successful social media campaigns were born out of wild ideas!

Generation X is a journeyman. It didn’t invent hip hop, or punk rock, or even electronica (it’s pretty sure those dudes in Kraftwerk are boomers) but it perfected all of them, and made them its own. It didn’t invent the Web, but it largely built the damn thing. Generation X gave you Google and Twitter and blogging; Run DMC and Radiohead and Nirvana and Notorious B.I.G. Not that it gets any credit.

I just downloaded this app for my iPad and have totally geeked out. Air Display creates a connection with your computer and your iPad, so that you’re basically working with double screens. Win!
